“Hypering Semi-annual Sales Training Conference 2014” was held from June 27, to 28, 2014 at Shanghai Crown Plaza Hotel & Resort. President Mr. Li Junfeng, vice president Mr. Liao Hongzhi, vice president Mr. Huang Wei, leaders from each department and all sales personnel attended the meeting.

The meeting lasted for two days, divided into two parts. The first part made an in-depth exploration of the positioning and the medium-term strategy layout of the company; the new strategic reorientation and related market policies in 2014 are introduced in the second part of the meeting.
First, president Li Junfeng of Hypering attended the meeting and made a detailed speech on the positioning and the medium-term strategy layout of the company. President Li emphasized that the company would strive to achieve the strategic objectives as “one-stop service of online to offline platform”.
Next, the leaders of the departments analyzed in detail the functions, applications, and other aspects of some products of the company, interactively answered the questions, and provided relevant training for the sales and marketing staff. Meanwhile, the leaders of the departments introduced in detail the job responsibilities and division of labor in the sales, marketing, and finance departments.
The Semi-annual Sales Training Conference of Hypering made a great success. The sales conference, which lasted for one and a half day, was both intense and substantial. From 9:00 to 18:00 every day, under the high-intensity arrangement, the marketing plan in the second half of the year and its future development direction is clarified, so that everyone has a clear understanding of the sales target of 2014 and the company’s strategic direction and becomes more confidently determined to complete the objectives!
